The Comprehensive Property Management Service is a complete leasing solution for residential investments in Dubai. We have a team of dedicated staff for all aspects of the property from managing, marketing and maintaining with over 20 years of experience in the property market.
The service follows the rental cycle as follows:
- Dealing with the handover of the property from the developer/ previous tenant.
- Getting the property ready for the next tenant (cleaning, painting, snagging)
- Finding the new tenant (professional and successful leasing agents and wide advertising network with daily enquiries)
- Dealing with the move in of the tenant (including signing contracts, entry/ exit inventory)
- Making sure that the tenancy is registered with DEWA, EMPOWER, RERA etc
- Quarterly Inspections of the property.
- General Maintenance Requests and All Day Call Assistance for the tenant (instead of them calling you for small issues)
- Ensure Rental Payments are made on time and can be transferred to any bank account in the world (subject to bank clearance) and follow up on unpaid rent and take appropriate action to recover rent.
- Exit Checks of the Property and management of the Deposit.
- Finding the new tenant.
When you choose The Comprehensive Property Management service you are allocated a Portfolio Manager who will be your point of contact throughout the tenancy term. Your Portfolio manager will liaise with the marketing, maintenance and rent collection team to ensure the tenancy runs smoothly and update you at regular intervals.
