LIH Group's October 2011 Property Management Service Promotion

This Promotion is subject to Terms & Conditions:

• Clients must register their valid property for our comprehensive property management service based on a exclusive agency handling.
• The Promotion is valid on all property management registrations up until 31st October 2011.
• Properties registered must achieve AED 100, 000 or more in rent per annum.
• The IPad will be ready to pick up from our offices on the successful rental of the property (under management) and once the Property Management period has started (International Courier may incur a charge).
• This Promotion is valid on properties registered in Dubai only.
• The Client must have full permission to register and rent the property from all relevant parties and authorities.
• This promotion is specifically offering an IPad 2 (16 GB - Wifi Only).
